Somalia’s elections are unjust. Only One Man, One Vote can restore democracy, prevent extremism, and address famine and drought urgently.

Somalia’s upcoming elections are far from fair. They have been deliberately designed to trample on the rights of our citizens, and from the very start, they have been flawed.

The current system is deeply corrupted, a direct result of the failure of the current government leadership, which has refused to implement direct voting. This failure has not only harmed Somalia but has negatively impacted taxpayers and the entire world.

A major failure has been the inability of both the International Governments and Civil Servants to stand up and advocate for The One Man, One Vote system – an essential move for the betterment of Somalia and its people.

We cannot afford to sit idly by any longer. We must act today, not tomorrow. Any inaction will only fuel the rise of extremists, allowing them to destroy the region, our legal system, and ultimately endanger the safety and security of the entire planet.

I urge all stakeholders to take immediate action and focus on the drought and famine currently devastating Somalia and the surrounding regions. This crisis cannot wait.
